Why does every visitor pay admission?
Houtebout was created so that children and adults can have a good time together. And that way, we can maintain maximum capacity.

Why are there time slots?
This is to regulate the number of visitors. This makes Houtebout a pleasant place to visit.  

Why is Houtebout closed in the summer?
In the summer, it is often much more fun
to play outside.

Why is Houtebout called Houtebout?
The toys are often made of wood. And the wood is often reinforced with bolts. And it alliterates :-)
