Why does every visitor pay admission?
Houtebout was created so that children and adults can have a good time together.  This allows us to maintain the maximum capacity.

How do the time slots work?
You are welcome from the moment the time slot opens
until the end of the time slot. We are closed between time slots.
For example, the time slot from 12:15 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.
You are welcome from 12:15 p.m. (you can also arrive a little later)
and you can play until 2:30 p.m. at the latest. After that, we close for half an hour. 

Can I bring my own food or drinks? No

Why can't tickets be rescheduled or refunded?
The current reservation system does not support this feature. Doing it manually takes a lot of time. If we purchase a more expensive reservation system, it will be possible. 

Is there Wi-Fi? No

Why is Houtebout closed in the summer?
In the summer, it is often much more fun
to play outside.

Why is Houtebout called Houtebout?
The toys are often made of wood. And the wood is often reinforced with bolts. And it alliterates :-)

Are dogs allowed? No
