By bike

There is a free guarded bicycle shed 'Amicitia'. The bicycle shed is located at the snack bar Manneke Bunt.
From the covered bicycle shed you walk down the stairs to Houtebout.
You will then pass Ceemani and Nails.

There is also an unguarded bicycle shed at the top, which you can reach by cycling up the narrow slope.

By public transport

On foot from Amersfoort Central Station it is 950m. Follow the arrows to the centre (with the girl Sofietje on it).

The bus stop closest to Houtebout is De Kei. It is located at the supermarket De Plus and the bank ABN Amro. From the bus stop De Kei you cross the zebra crossing and walk down the stairs to Houtebout.
